Talk to General Physician on Palpitations In Body

From the past 1 month I have been feeling pulsations in my body and particularly at left side in my shoulder and armpit area. my heart beat also get fasts and over 100 at some times especially when I walk or run. I also have some weird discomfort in my left armpit with no pain. I got my ECG, echocardiogram and TFT done which is attached. can anyone tell what is the cause of this discomfort on my left side.

need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests including TFT ... then everything will be cleared up
echo and TFTS normal. it needs more hx of pt and clinical examination to rule out cause of increase heart beat.it may be anxiety induced
