Sorry I had to write that they are not healing up, normally the size of pile remain short but during passing stool the become big and she feels that the stool is not completely passed, there is no bleeding in pile

ensure stools are soft avoid straining, if itchy painful use cream like xyloproct or anusol.as mentioned earlier it will improve with time.
