A.o.a Kindly help me am too tired of visiting doctors for my mother platelets She was affect by dengue fever two months ago and her platelets reduce to 70-80 range (normal 150-400).I visited doctor he prescribed me medicine indrop d per week,delish powder for two months Voniza 20mg ,Panadol ....after two months there is no change in her platelets ...she has the 100 fever from two days and her platelets is still there kindly give me some solution ...
did you ever get it checked before dengue? some people have low platelets due to genetic reasons.. if she is not having any bleeding or any clotting issue then no need to worry . but if she is having bleeding then check with BMTC so the real issue can be sorted

due to dangue fever she got splenomegaly n hepatomegaly if again fever kindly physically get appointment as platelets if less than 10000 or 50000must be platelate transfusion needed

Repeat sample in sodium citrate to rule out platelets clumps. Also do peripheral film, USG abdomin to look for splenomegaly
