My brother has an accident 2 months before . He fell on his chest . He was feeling ok so we didn’t had an x ray. A week before he started having symptoms chest and back pain, dry cough, difficult laboured breathing, fever, and loss in weight. Someone is saying its TB , others say the you should go for lung tapping and some say about the lung surgery . Kindly guide me in this difficult situation when we can’t decide anything
