Reports app ki clear hai. Jin logo ko slip disc hota hai un ko yeh problem hoti hai magar continous nahi app ek ENT ka bhi opnion lele

nazla ziada jam jae to bhi yeh condition hoti ha pehle aik kam aur karen apna bp check kerwaen agr normal ha to well n good otherwise aap vicks laga k nose pe aur ears k aagay ki taraf laga k steam len aur 5 min tk fan me na aayen aur kisi ache ENT ko dikhaen
