Asking For Mother, Female 54, Karachi
Assalam o alaikum I have attached my mother's ultrasound KUB. She is diabetic and also hypertension patient. She is on CKD stage 3b
Kindly let me know what is this disease and how can it be cured? Also suggest other tests.

Polycystic kidney is a inherited should be done for that but as she is hypertensive and diabetic and also having CKD her BP and Blood sugar should be strictly controlled to avoid any further deterioration in her kidney function. Kindly try seeing physician on regular basis for her Hypertension and Diabetes. Can you share her current medication for her chronic disease and her last kidney function tests(creatinine and urea with eGFR ), CBC , uric acid, fasting blood sugar and HbA1c. Thanks
