givr him nutritious diet like egg white,fruits like apple and apricot ,milk and white meat .avoid potatoes and rice,use olive oil or canola oil instead of less salt
Use less oily food rich in high fat
Use less carbohydrates
Increase fruits and vegetables according to diabetic chart
If smoking kindly discard it
Do regular excersice for 30 min walk
Use olive oil
Use fish but baked Incase he wants to take protein
Avoid chicken or red meat

Do intake of vit c more thanks
