MY Grand mother having very intense pressure sore on her buttock, back & heel, She is more than 80+ blind & unconscious with not on diet.Her mouth also on closing position. as per doc suggestion i use Pyudine+sline water for washing & after that U sole solution with pyudine & Oxyferone drops for dressing. on other body parts where swelling occur use Sudocream. Also we are using air flow mattress Q1: Is it correct for healing or not? Q2: Any other suggestion for easy healing or remedy
Use air matress
Wash wound with NS and then clean it with chlohexidine ,lastly apply zinc oxide twice a day
But in case if the wound is deep n infected might need debridement and also course of antibiotics .
