My father 2 weeks back suddenly developed right shoulder pain radiating to right rib revealed fluid in right pleural started to hav fever malaise .corona is diagnosed pnemonia n started moxifloxacin 400mg once his creatinine bun n urea are we need to check with a nephrologist or hv any heart tests to see if the due to reply
