Positive CRP and slightly high ESR are markers of inflammation in your body which is causing fever. Do you have productive cough if yes what is the color of phlegm ? Do you have any breathing trouble too?Do you have any joint pains ? Better isolate yourself and you can go for corona PCR test to rule out COVID. Take symptomatic medicine for fever, do salt and warm water gargles and take steam inhalation daily.
