Ultrasound whole abdomen, CBC and X-Ray chest, then can b diagnose, till that use antacid if feel relief.

Do you have this problem before ever or its acute ? Do you eat spicy foods or junk food ? Drink cold milk for relief of pain and can take omeprazole 20mg twice a day and flagyl400 twice a day for 5 days .
