Talk to General Physician on Runny Nose And Chesty Cough

My wife had sore throat 4 days ago, then a day or two later she developed runny nose and 99 F fever. Now she has cough with phlegm, runny nose, fever of 100 F, joint pain, headache and pain around eyes, and fatigue; basically flu-like symptoms. She has also lost her appetite. She is only taking Hydrillin cough syrup and Panadol. She does not have any prior conditions. She doesn't travel or work. Please guide on what we should do and how to manage symptoms?
