Water intake kaisa hai apka ? Daily diet routine ? Sleep cycle ? Junk food ziada to nai diet main plus eyesight k problem kitne duration se hai or glasses lgaye kitna time ho gya ?

water intake 5 to 6 glass due to ramazan aur sleep cycle bhi sehri kay baad sota ho 1 bajay tak aur eye sight ek -1.01 hai aur dosra -1.76 aur glasses may nahi laga raha ho
