Hello doctors, i was diagnosed with scabies and i am following the instructions given by the doctor and it is working for me as far as i can tell.
but this lump on my feet is way too inflamed plus i feel like it doesn't shrink even when i apply the medicine, it stings when touched and its uncomfortable to walk in.
these are on my sole near the fingers and on my hands as well please suggest what can i do to remove these. JazakAllah

in my view these papules are not scabies.this is inflamattory papules.make it dry as possible.use pyodine with cotton swab for cleaning.then apply cream fusicort on all papules twice a day. Cap azomax 250 mg 1+1 daily for 5 days.Tab rigix at night.Tab neubrol if painful.
