hello dr male 28 year old here . dr nain scabies diagnose kiya hai kyun k puri skin par itching thi.. itching pele thighs se start hui thi phir legs par spread hui phir stomach phir chest.. jab dr ko dikhaya to unon nain scabfree( premethrin lotion) diya hai puri body k liye. premethrin ki first application se do din pele mujay cheeks pr bhi itching start hui thi ... par dr nain to premethrin face pr lgane se mana kiya tha ..
kahin yeh scabies mere puray face pr na spread hojae to kya mein yeh premethrin lotion (((FACE((( pr lgasakta hun ya nhin .. kindly guide me ..

Please don't apply it on face. Apply permethrin lotion regularly also under your nails. From neck downwards, apply it on whole skin. Also wash all your clothes, bedsheets, blankets in hot water. Your shoes etc which you cannot be washed, put all such stuff in a plastic bag and put that bag in sunlight for atleast 8 days. Apply permethrin for your whole family and same care for whole family. In 8 days, you will get rid of scabies. For itching on the face, please consult with a dermatologist
