Asking for Self, Male, 30 years old, Karachi

I have this issue for around 8 years since this condition is not painful so I left it unattended, now I am about to get married and before that I want it to be surgically removed (if there's any other way please share). They are around 10 in number and two of them are the size of the pea, the rest are relatively smaller. I have read in the forum that they can be surgically removed in one session with local or spinal anesthesia but I have a few other concerns.

Q. What are the odds that they'll grow again? Q. How long is the recovery period? Q. Does this procedure have any known effects on the reproductive system? Q. Who is the best surgeon for this procedure? Q. What will be the estimated cost of the procedure?

It would be great if someone could address my all concerns regarding the procedure.

Thank you in advance.
