My mother got Diarrhea in November after that she keep getting weak first her hands stop moving and now 19 Feb 2022 her feet are also not working well. she has diabetic problem since 2015 and hypertension problem also her EMG/NCS test has been done MRI CSF also but Dr's not telling anything in detail plzzz guide me, I am so worried

Please consult a neurophysician.This seems to be Guillian barre syndrome in which muscle paralysis of first legs and then arms develop following some gastrointestinal infection or respiratory infection.Good nursing supportive care and IV immunoglobulin may be required.
The possibility of diabetes and hypertension associated complications in the form of cerebrovascular accident is also there.

Mr. Nadir Zafar Khan Neurophysician has check he conduct EMS/NCS himself but after that he said I need CSF endoscopy and MRI of Cervical spine and after watching these reports Dr said consult to Neuro surgeon and ortho but and ortho recommended to make her check from Neurophysician
