assalam u alaikum merey bete ko pichle 20 dinon se shadeed balghami khasi hai.. raat mai barh jaati hai jbke humne usko antibiotics ka course bhi krwaya hai lekin koi khaas farq nhi hai.. feed bhi kr rha hai pneumonia ke bhi symptoms nhi hain... Kindly ap kuch suggestion de den.

Jee ramzaan mai pneumonia developing stage tha jo k antibiotics se cover ho gya tha…..
Aur fever starting k days mai tha…. Ab nhi hai
Vomit nhi hui aik baar bhi
Feed bhi sahi kr rha hai

Humidified air in the baby’s room at night (cool-mist humidifier).
Nasal saline drops before sleep and before feeds, followed by gentle suction with a bulb syringe to clear mucus.
Keep baby hydrated — frequent breastfeeding or formula feeds.
Safe upright position after feeds for 15–20 minutes to help drainage (still place on back for sleep).
Slight head elevation during sleep only if done safely (never use pillows directly under baby).
Also tell me, is the baby fully vaccinated?
