i have 2 kids both with . elder is 4 years old and younger is 2.5. i feel pain in my shoulders, neck, lower back and legs all the time. can you suggest me some multivitamin as I'm allergic to pain killers.

Thanks for sharing ur concern. If u haven’t taken any multivitamins in the post partum phase then take Tab Surbex Z once daily after breakfast. But it would be more wise to go for a complete history and a few blood tests for appropriate treatment and a quicker recovery. Hope this helps.
