Talk to General Physician on Severe Pain In Backside Of Neck

I have pain in my back side of the head due to which I am totally disturbed and have so much burden on my brain due to which my memory is weak and I prefer isolation, most of the time I spend time alone. I am suffering from this since 5-7 years, Firstly I thought that it is my nature that I prefer isolation but I was wrong, now I feel that I have spent so many years with such a dangerous disease but I don't actually know what is my probelm, for this I visited many psychiatrists, pychologits and completed their prescribed medications but did not feel any bettermemt. After that I visited one neurologist and one neurosurgeon, one of them told me I have Spindylosis and cerivical spine problem while the other told me that you me have Occipital Headache and prescribed me medicines but they failed to do my treatment, at last I did my MRI of back of the Head and Cervical Spine they found all reports are clear and told me you have no problem.
