اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُم. I have been having an extremely sharp pain in my right knee, specifically the right lower area of knee cap since 2 weeks. The pain only occurs when i lift my leg even 10 inches higher. Isse pehle jhukne mein bhi dard tha, but ab kabhi kabhi ho rha. Just right leg. Is it serious? How can I treat the pain. Would be extremely thankful for your time and help.
