Talk to General Physician on Shivering And Muscle Tightening

I have a problem that sometimes while talking to someone or in a group discussion, my body starts shivering and muscles begin tightened, though I try to control and relax but it's really hard for me to overcome it. I had a problem of asthma in childhood but recoverd. What can be the possibile reason and what tests or diagnose should I consider??
