It seems her neck,shoulder and arms pain may be due to cervical spinal pathology..You might get her Xray cervical spine done.Ap and lateral views. MRI is also indicated if pain intensity is severe,or pain does not respond to treatment or neurological deficit like motor or sensory loss in both or one arm is present too .
She needs to take a low pillow,undergo a physiotherapy regime and neck,shoulder excercises recommended by an expert.Paon killers and muscle relaxants have to added to the prescription.
