Talk to General Physician on Shoulder Pain While Throwing

I am Athlete (cricketer) I have very intense shoulder pain while throwing for more than 2 years. I feel little pain in normal routine and even during fast bowling but very intense even after 1 throw. I have had my X RAY and MRI tests (attached) almost normal I think so plz someone guide me I would be thank ful
