Asking for Self, Male, 27 years old, Sheikhupura
I have been suffering from sinus allergies due to dust and pollen for almost 4.5 years. I’ve tried almost everything—antihistamines, nasal sprays, allopathic medicines, homeopathy, traditional remedies like neti pot, putting ghee in the nose, steam inhalation, and checking for nutrient deficiencies—but nothing has helped.
My symptoms include: Dry mouth Frontal head pain Constant mucus dripping down my throat Coughing and throat itching
According to the allergy center’s skin prick test, I am allergic to dust, pollen, cotton, and thresher. My IgE level is 599 IU/mL.
This condition has made my life hell, and I want to get rid of it. Can you please help me?

Please visit an ENT surgeon. You either allergic rhinosinusitis. Alongwith that you might have nasal polyp. It needs to be checked by an ENT specialist. Medications cause mouth dryness. For allergies, best way is to avoid them as much as you can. Use facemask and avoid washing face with cold water. Steam and rest of the care you are already doing. Take plenty of fluids, fresh juices, tea and soup. Avoid dehydration. Please book an appointment for further advice. See an ENT surgeon for complete evaluation.
please see an ent specialist so you can be evaluated for nasal polyps, if antihistamines don't improve seasonal allergies, other medications that suppress the immunity may be prescribed but you would need complete evaluation before starting them.
