I m a married since2015,having 5years daughter but I have been suffering form the problems of eye,nose and throat since my childhood ???..I always feel that there is something (dirt or debris)in my throat and my eyes...always try to clear my voice and my eyes...I repeat washing my eyes to remove particles from it but still this time I m feeling there is something in my eyes now....and voice always shake and trenble before someone senior or before students during my lectures?? besides these symptoms I am to suffer blood spurting from my nose each second or third day...people say I eat Spicy and hot things that is cause of NAKSEER but it's not same with me...besides nose,eyes,and throat I m suffering sexual problem... ejaculation before penetration ??? and nothing feel any excitement for wife...I don't know what is going on with me...???one thing more...I feel severe headache also...
