I have got some allergy and dont know the root cause its like wheals and red patches with alot of itching … firstly it was on my arms but now its on some of my neck areas, chin, abdomen and legs … it starts with wheals formation followed by itching and when i do itching the skin is damaged and skin discolouration occurs which appears so ugly … i thought it may be scabies and used lotrix and calamine lotion but no change then thought it might be food allergy and quit junk and outside food but still some wheals are formed daily on different body areas … it is causing so much discomfort please some doctor help me rule out this and suggest permanent treatment as it bern now 2 months this is happening
This seems like chronic spontaneous urticaria. Start with low-dose antihistamines (e.g cetirizine 10 mg/day) and increase after 2 weeks if needed, avoid NSAIDs, avoid triggers(even though most are spontaneous) and use cool compresses for relief. If symptoms persist, stronger options like immunosuppressants or anti IgE injections (omalizumab) may be considered.
apnay IGE antibody levels kerwayen to rule out cause
Please get either an online consultation or check with a dermatologist for proper examination and proper treatment. It's hard to provide treatment without examination.

From the pictures, it looks eczema. It's not serious. Just apply Bepanthem eczema cream or clobevate cream on rash for 7 days. Apply moisturizers such as Aveeno for eczema or fregrance-free vaseline or petroleum jelly. Avoid scented soaps and perfumes. Wear cotton fabric. This is just allergy to some fabric or soap and dryness provokes it. So keep the skin moisturizered.

it looks like urticaria, anything like food, extreme temperatures or insect bite can be the cause. if you try to skip food one by one, you may find out which food item is the triggering agent.for treatment, you can try antihistamine like diphenhydramine oral when this happens,
Assalam-u-alaiikum...book an appointment...so that proper history can be taken
