Asking for Self, Female, 28 years old, Rawalpindi
For the past two weeks, I've been unable to sleep at night. Even when I'm not thinking about anything, I still can't sleep. In the morning, I sleep for 3 hours after Fajr, but nighttime is a struggle. Whenever I lie down at night, I feel a knot in my stomach or a sense of fear. If I do manage to sleep, I have disturbing dreams or wake up after 30 minutes. I'm constantly feeling anxious and fearful.
You can consult a psychiatrist or you can book online appointment with me for detailed consultation and counselling i hope you will get better.

Do you have any stresses in your life? Please also explain your sleep routine, schedule and diet before sleep. It's best to book an appointment for further evaluation specially with a Psychiatrist.
