Asssalam o Alykum 2 weeks se sleeping issue chal raha hai raat ko neend ni ati late night tak jagte hain kabhi 1 baje kabhi 2 baje sote hain aur phir subah fajr ke liye uthte hain phir jagte rehte hain 7 ya 8 baje sote hain 10 baje uth jate hain aur kabhi tu pore din mein sirf 2 se 3 ghante ki neend laite hain kindly suggest kisi doctor ko consult karein aur koi tests karwaen.. not watching tv or using mobile phone till late night ke neend uss wajah se na aae

Some excercise and following a schedule for sleep could improve his sleep. Also, mobile and laptop should not be used for at least 4 hrs before sleep time, as it disturbs the circadian rhythm. Sleeping after Isha Prayer and Waking up at Fajr, with 30 min of rest after Zuhr would help.
If it doesn't, then medication can be used to reset circadian rhythm.
