1. Consistent schedule : Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even weekends.
2. Bed only for sleep, Avoid using bed for TV, phone scrolling, or studying.
3. Limit naps : If needed, keep naps < 30 minutes and not after 4 PM.
4. Reduce screen exposure : Avoid mobile/laptop at least 1 hour before bed, blue light delays melatonin.
5. Create a cool, dark, quiet bedroom : blackout curtains, eye mask if needed
