I am obese bmi >35. I have sagging belly and arm. Some weeks back i felt multiple little lumps on my lower abdomen. I became very conscious of it. I felt same lumps on my upper arm then on inner thight and then axilla. They are not visible from outside nor they do cause any pain.

u need to get examined by a doctor. that may b enlarged lymph nodes . or may be just fat deposits. better to get examined
