Talk to General Physician on Sore In Nipples While Goosebumps

Aoa. i feel sore and burning in my nipples when i was taking a bath a few months ago. it hurts when i was taking shower on my chest. Dr prescribe me an anti elergic and skin cream. its cured but now i feel pain in nipples when i got emotional or goosebumps everywhere in body. i also have problem with gynaecomastia, over weight, anxiety disorder and depression. kindly guide me. i have posted before but not respond anyone. jazakallah
