u have viral pharyngitis. no need of antibiotics. it will take 5 days . just do gargles with disprin dissolved in half glass of warm water, take panadol for fever and pain. do rest, maintain good hydration, good protein diet plenty of fluids you will be fine after 5 days in shaa Allah
