The bottom part of my feet becomes red and feels like it is swollen. When I walk, the soles of my feet hurt. Along with this, my palms also become red, and when I press them, I feel some pain.
This problem has been happening for the last 2–3 days. Sometimes the redness and pain go away, and sometimes they come back again.

Your symptoms sound like inflammation that could be from an infection, gout, or an autoimmune flare. Rest the feet, keep them elevated, and apply a cool compress for 15–20 minutes a few times a day. Over‑the‑counter NSAIDs (like ibuprofen) can help pain and swelling, but avoid aspirin if you have kidney issues. Watch for fever, spreading redness, or worsening pain; if any of those occur, or if symptoms last more than 48 hours, see a doctor promptly. A quick exam and blood tests can rule out cellulitis, gout, or a systemic condition. In the meantime, keep the skin clean, avoid tight shoes, and stay hydrated.
