sir suba 7:30 ko sirf doud k sath khush chapati khata hon , dopehr ko 12:45 p khana wo b bohat kam mirch wala ur khana khany k bad thora let jata hon taqreeban 1 ghanta.
raat ko b 7 bajy khana khata hon ur tareeban 9 bajy soo jata hon.......
jab mehda kafi deer tak khali rahy tu sar dard shuro ho jata ha.....body min thakawat b bohat feel hoti ha ur knees min b pain rehti ha....inner side p ziyada tar
