Can i take collagen without doctor's recommendation cause i don't have a main reason to visit a doctor so i can't. i have some stomach issues like acidity, gas and some pain. moreover i am little weak im 20 now but my weight is 45. so can i use collagen biotin and all ??? and before i have never taken these suplements without surbex-z. one more thing if i can eat so how long can i take these supllements and can i take surbex z biotin and collagen together or i will have to choose one or two ?? plz recommend me i am eagerly waiting for some advise thank you☺ doctor

in my idea you may be have a major problem so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up if living in Karachi come to my clinic and if no visit a senior specialist in your area

thanks for reply.actually dr mujhe 5 aur 6 saal se stomach ka masla ha pain hota ha aur gas acidity olti feel hona. ma kitne saal se ilaaj kar rae but farq nhe padh raha
abi pichle saal mene endoscopy karwayi thi jis se pata chala k koi bada masla nhr ha just soozish ha.( stomach strain )
to ab toda behtar ha but jab kabi ma spicy or oily cheze khaun ya hard foods then toda pain waghera hota ha
ma weak b bhot hu mera wweight kabi nhe badta ta 40 pe ta ab 45 ho gaya ha i am 20

some times microbes make problem so find a senior specialist physician and attytobhim and don't change your doctor
