She has decreased Platelets count in CBC.
She is suffering from Hepatitis C.Her LFTS are also abnormal. She is Diabetic and her sugar is uncontrolled.Need detailed history. Have online consultation.

seems like she had contacted HCV, and may be now, it has converted into chronic liver disease to confirm that get USG abdomen with special comments on liver parenchymal status, hepatobiliary channels and poetal vein. Get PT/APTT done, too. In addition to that, her sugars are high get HbA1c done too

Ab jigar k liye tou mai recommend karungi k aap ultrasound bhi karwayein takaay uski halat ka mazeed pata chal sake. Agar tou mareez ki jild aur ankhon mai pilahat, zard rang k stool ya phir sarson k tail ki tarah ka peeshab nhi araha tou phir kuch karne ki zarorat nhi.
Baaki rah gyi baat ilaaj ki tou kuch dawayein hain jo symptom relief k liye jigar k mareez ko di jati hain lekin iska ultimate ilaaj abhi k liye nhi hai.

Walaikum asalam. Jee reports maine dekh li hain aur jigar tou chronic condition ki taraf jaraha hai. Jaise pehle btaya k jigar inka kaafi kharab huna shuru hugya hai jo hep C ki waja se hi hai. Agar mareez mai btayi gyi alamaat arahi hain tou unhein foran medical specialist/gastroentrologist k paas lekar jayein wo inhein oral medications ka course karwa sakte hain.
Baaki sugar inki high hai. Aur buhat zyada high hai. Iss par bhi medications start huni chahiye agar abhi tak nhi huwi.
