Talk to General Physician on Throat Soreness

Im a medical student, i have been having persistent sore throat for more than a month now with cobble stone like bumps , dryness & mild pain and discomfort on swallowing. I’ve had such problem in the past too and cbc and throat swab came out normal. I never have fever with these episodes. I have anxiety issues too.sometimes i get palpitations. During Last visit to dr before Covid 19 , 5 months ago, my vit d -6ng/ml . I took 200000iu (total 4 ampules for 2 months) and now have completed the course. B12 was 260. Currently taking neurobion tab for b complexes. Also took antihistamine 10mg/day for 2 weeks now. I also get persistent soreness and swelling at the back and side of my tongue. Please help.
