Talk to General Physician on Tonsilitis Even After Tonsillectomy

So i have had my tonsillectomy in december of 2019 after having 5-6 episodes a year. soon after my surgery im getting tonsilitis again and again. upon checking my mouth I see that my tonsils were not completely removed by my surgeon. As a result, I am keep getting my infections again and again and now i am getting infections just a week after i finish my antibiotics course. I have had too much antibiotics and want a complete end to this. I want to ask if my remaining tissuss be removed again. Attached is the picture of remaining part of my tonsils. Please guide.
