Talk to General Physician on Tremors In Hands

I am facing tremors in hands and arms sometimes jerking in other parts of body, but main problem in hands, i have also stress, anxiety for 10 years, but the main problem is that when i do work in front of people it shakes more i can't do work with these tremors anymore, also when i am alone resting it also shakes, when i take inderal 10mg it helps but i feel pain in my right or left arm while taking inderal please help, I have done throid test, cbc, uric acid, electrolytes all are ok.
