I have been experiencing pain on both sides of my head for the past 13 years. The pain usually starts from above the eyes. Please see a Neurologist for proper evaluation because you have this headache for so long time, it needs to be evaluated. Also can you explain its type, like pulsatile, band like, throbbing or sharp pain. Do you check your BP with it. Did you notice any trigger for it except for sun and cold beverages? Such as any specific food, stress etc. Which pain killers you take for it? If possible, please book an online appointment for proper evaluation and the most appropriate advice.
