Age: 27 years
I have been experiencing pain on both sides of my head for the past 13 years. The pain usually starts from above the eyes. There is no light sensitivity, but I feel uncomfortable with noise during the pain. My appetite decreases during the episodes, and I also feel restlessness and a sense of unease. Sometimes I feel nauseous as well.
The pain is generally tolerable, but when it's more intense, even taking medicine doesn't completely end it—though it reduces a bit. If the pain is mild, medicine can stop it completely. Occasionally, the pain returns after a short period even if it had subsided earlier.
This pain gets worse in summers if I work in the sun or drink cold beverages. However, in general, the frequency of episodes is more in winters than in summers. I also experience weak memory, poor concentration, and low focus.
During the pain, sometimes I can't fall asleep easily, but other times, I fall asleep even earlier than usual. After sleeping, the

Salam, according to the symptoms it sounds like migraine , but the seasonal changes diverts the diagnosis towards something else, do u hav any allergies frequent runny nose or nasal congestion, and what medications are u taking right now , do u hav any eyesight issues ,wear glasses, do u hav a work that involves a lot of screen time , hav u ever had ur blood pressure and heart rate checked ? But BP kabhi kabhi barhata hai lekin hypertension walay maslay se pehlay hi muje headache hota tha haan bachpan main mujhe right side chot lagi thi but wo chot boht halki thi bp ka masla 4 years hai heart rate normal

Aap bp k medicine lete rahein aur bp control mei rakhein, headache k liye just to rule out migraine aapko next time jab severe headache ho aapne Tab Sumatec with naproxen leni hai phir batayie ga kya soorat e haal hoti hai

Can you please explain the kind of pain it feels like pulsatile, throbbing, band like or sharp? Also except for the sun and cold drinks, did you notice any other trigger for it? Like any specific food or stress? Did you have your eyesight checkup done? Any discharge from eyes when you have headache? Do you wake up at night due to it? Have you checked your BP when you have headache episode? If possible , either book an online appointment or visit a neurologist because long term headache shouldn't be ignored.
