My left foot is having burning issue from 1 to 2 weeks and it is not permanent sometimes it is extreme even if i try to cool it down from water and sometimes it is completely normal. My age is 23 and weight is 91.5 kg. And also my right foot's heel pains when I do some exercise.

Usually it is seen in vit B12 deficiency and is common in Diabetes.
