I have a upper back pain from a month almost it is is on and off. I don't feel when I am moving around or working where as when I wake up it is worst and even in the middle of night it is worst. Also when I bend it does pain too. I do a office job on laptop for 9-6. I don't have pain in my neck but just the upper back and middle of back. don't have any other thing but just the upper back pain.
