Talk to General Physician on Upper Right Belly Pain Under Ribs

aoa after Astra zenica vaccine, i am having strange belly pain. first cutting like pain. then pain in ribs now pain on right side near ribs . i took dicloran, no spa , antibiotics but it was temporary relief. dr then suggest some tests like urnie re. blood cp and kidney which came normal. shall i now go for ultrasound as i feel this pain could be gallbladder stone, liver infection. i am confused as Dr failed to find actual problem. pls advice. thx
