Upper Shoulder Pain

I am getting pain in upper right shoulder for one year. I feel pain using cell phone or computer and sometimes just sitting or reading books etc.

I feel better or no pain for months but suddenly it starts again and not sure what is happening.

I went to an orthopedic surgeon many times but still getting the problem.

Please advise a better solution or suggest something

According to my opinion you are suffering from deep sites tissue problems related to shoulder joint. It will be better to get MRI right shoulder to see any ligemental, tendon or joint  capsular  or rotators cuff related problem.
