Assalamualaikum sir I have problem I'm facing jab bhr mujhe eraction hoti he or tez peshab araha hota he me peshab mhe karta jab eraction hoti he kafi zor lagana parta he par bht Kam peshab ati he eraction ke waqt jab eraction khatam ho jati he phir normal peshab ata he ye normal or do I need any treatment during eraction I cannot be able to urinate when eraction gone than normal it's normal or do I need any treatment. thanks.
dont worry this normal but how sustain erection during urge to urinate this is strange and surprising
