Tests has been done for malaria and dengue only. Typhoid fever also presents with high grade fever and now adays chikd gunya is also very common. Please tell the symptoms for clear understanding.

Symptoms are 102 fever on and off, cough, headache, sometimes vomiting but after taking motinum vomiting stop and one side ribs pain..

The CBC report is unequivocal, must be repeated from Agha khan or shoukat khanum hospital .
Secondly need a detailed history n also examination .the medication given not enough .
Any blood culture sent ?????
If some one diagnosed it viral wat kind of viral infection ???H1N1 ,MERSCOV, HIV ,hepatitis .influenza it s very important to know bcoz the treatment s different .....
Plz do Anti HCV,HBsAG ,SCREENING FOR hepititis A,as there s vomiting with fever .
