Keep good hydration if u can visit hospital it will good. Get inj provas three times a day with iv fluid 60ml/hour. Further treatments can be given by hospital.
Get dengue test done & repeat CBC every 3rd day. Maintain hydration preferably take ORS & paracetamol for fever.. If have abdominal pain or abdomen swelling or chest pain, then visit hospital immediately!
Get dengue test done!!!
