Exposure to sunlight stimulates the production of Vit D precursors in the skin.But prolonged exposure to sun for hours is not practical.
The level of vitamin D in your body is 12.No natural therapy will boost this level.You have to be on Vitamin D supplements.You may take 042-32591427, units of Vitamin D in capsule form by mouth.Take it fortnightly for 3 doses and then continue 2 monthly.
